Accessibility

The Mohawk Students’ Association, through our mission of enhancing all Students’ College experience through leadership, support and advocacy, is dedicated to providing inclusive environments that are accessible and welcoming places for all students, employees and visitors.  The MSA strives to ensure accessibility in our services, products and facilities. We are dedicated to the principles of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), and aim to ensure that dignity, integration and equality of opportunity are embedded in all aspects of the Students’ College experience.

The MSA is committed to continuously identify, remove and prevent barriers to participation. In partnership with Mohawk College, the MSA through various initiatives, policies and services is devoted to promoting accessibility and to ensuring that individuals have equitable access to services and facilities.  Successful learning, living, and employment outcomes are the result of a shared responsibility and commitment on the part of students, staff, faculty, and senior administrators.
